She believes that when it comes to Myofunctional Therapy, it is very important to pay attention to detail and foster intrinsic motivation within the patient to truly achieve success.

Alisha’s journey with myofunctional therapy began when her daughter was enrolled in treatment to correct her poor oral rest posture and less than optimal airway health. Through this treatment with her daughter - she discovered how detrimental this was to her daughter’s current and future health.

Watching her daughter reap the benefits of myofunctional therapy and begin to transform was extremely eye opening and inspiring.

It was then that her passion for helping other children and families was ignited.

Alisha promptly began coursework with the AOMT and has studied Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders and Therapy Modalities.

With her background in dentistry and coaching coupled with her passion for holisitic health and helping people, Alisha is thrilled to be offering Myofunctional Therapy services both in person and virtually.

When not working with patients, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters, trying new restaurants, and immersing herself in self development practices. She whole heartedly believes that “health is wealth”.
